KATAYAMA & ASSOCIATES, INC. was a sub-consultant for this project which involved designing a 1,000 gallon capacity grease interceptor and 80 gallon gas water heater and flue. The restrooms were fitted with sensor controlled water closets and lavatories,The A/C and ventilation consisted of roof mounted package units and roof mounted exhaust fans and ductwork connected to kitchen hoods.
