University of Hawaii at Manoa Art Building
KATAYAMA & ASSOCIATES, INC. was the prime consultant and lead mechanical engineer for the complete renovation of the Art Building’s air conditioning system. The building’s chilled water plant and cooling tower were replaced as well as all of the building’s air handling units. The air conditioning units are located in a storage space adjacent to the auditorium’s seating area.
